Job Description

Uniq Synergy serve fast-growing organisations and dynamic enterprises, helping them to align Finance, Sales and Service in a way that enables profitable growth. We seek a highly motivated Software Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling cloud based ERP / Financials.

As Singapore-based Sales Executive - Cloud Financials, you will grow revenue and open new client accounts across the Singapore & Malaysian market.

 Responsibilities

  1. Achievement of new customer acquisition and sales targets in the mid market sectors
  2. Forecast and maintain all sales cycle activities within the CRM system in accordance with company sales process and methodology
  3. Develop an understanding of the product offering, customer need, and competitive landscape
  4. Develop and execute sales plan that supports the company’s goals and abides by the established sales policies
  5. Embrace and deliver the value proposition clearly and persuasively to a variety of different audiences, including C–level executives

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of success driving revenue growth in the Cloud ERP / Financials space
  2. A "hunter-mentality" with extensive experience self-generating new business in mid market sectors
  3. At least 3 years of software sales & quota carrying experience
  4. Proven record of sales success in this field
  5. Working knowledge/experience of ERP/Financials and selling into C-Level executives
  6. Excellent presentation and listening skills
  7. Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced and high growth business environment
  8. High-level of self-sufficiency and resourcefulness
  9. Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills (in-person, virtual)
  10. Experience working with ROI, cost modeling and other techniques to educate and persuade potential buyers
  11. Solution and consultative selling experience
  12. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  13. Degree level candidate
