Job Description

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Min 1 year experience on implementation, training & technical support of accounting software
  • Knowledge of accounting software an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills
  • Motivated in problem solving
  • Able to work as a team and independently
  • Must be able to converse in English

Responsibilities:

  • As a Software Support Specialist, you must be savvy in the use of accounting software systems
  • You will work closely with the Solutions Consultant and Account Manager to brainstorm and provide business-effective solutions to customer wherever needed
  • You will be required to implement a full accounting and inventory system for clients, and to provide technical support and training to end-users
  • This role will allow you to face and interact with a myriad of customers from various backgrounds, exposing you to the different facets of business operations faced by different industries
