Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Can work-from-home on agreed fixed-part-time arrangement
  • Possess a computer with Internet access
  • At least 2 years accounting experience with strong accounting principles and familiar with providing phone/remote support
  • Experienced and used accounting software package before; like A2000, Autocount, Accpac, Sage UBS, MYOB, Quickbooks, FACT etc
  • Can communicate well in English & Mandarin (Chinese-speaking clients)
  • Minimum LCCI Intermediate/Higher or Diploma

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cloud accounting software training & support for our cloud software customers
  • Provide training & implementation (online)
  • Documentation of jobs performed.
